Parked up in the sparse collection of classic machines, which had turned out for a local, largely custom show, the Triton cut quite a dash with its obligatory polished alloy glinting in the summer sunshine. As I admired it, I couldn’t help but think it looked somehow familiar and when I spoke to owner Nick Moore, it all fell into place, because it had been built, in 1996, by one Tony Carrabine – sponsor of the ‘Best Triton’ trophy at the Stafford Shows...
