Peter Allan of Epsom, Surrey, is the lucky winner of the top prize in the National Motorcycle Museum’s Winter Raffle, a 1959 Triumph T120 ‘Tangerine Dream’ 650cc Bonneville.

'Tangerine Dream' winner announced

This 1990 limited-edition Norton F1 Rotary will be the first prize in the National Motorcycle Museum”s Summer Raffle, to be drawn at Museum Live on November 5.

The tickets were drawn by Steve Parrish and Steve Plater at the International Classic MotorCycle Show at Stafford on Sunday, April 24.

It took some time for the winner of the second prize, a 1966 200cc Triumph Tiger Cub, to realise his good fortune because J Higgins of Middlesbrough had left a digit out of his contact phone number on his ticket stub.

However, an appeal to trace him soon succeeded.
