Three tyres, two winter and one motorcycle will be for sale. Artist John Wilson designed and painted a floral scene on an Avon motorcycle tyre, Richard Rowan created a central winter scene on an Avon Ice Touring ST winter tyre, while Stefan Marner transformed his Avon winter tyre into an oversized engagement ring.

The works were commissioned by Cooper Tires, to celebrate its history in the business. Artists used a range of paint and materials to create the finished articles, which have already been displayed at Artica Galleries in Bond Street earlier this year.

The tyre manufacturer is an official supporter of the Race2Recovery (R2R) scheme, which is predominantly made up of injured soldiers with a passion for speed who are keen to prove that their injuries will not restrict their lives. The team aims to complete in next year's Dakar Rally on Cooper tyres.

The auction is now live on eBay and runs until Saturday morning, if you fancy bidding. Delivery is free within the United Kingdom.
