The three-day Northern Fizzy Run 2012 takes place at the Squires Café Bar, Newthorpe Lane, Newthorpe, South Milford, West Yorkshire LS25 5LX, near Sherburn in Elmet, on July 6-8.

Organisers are hoping to make this the greatest gathering of classic 1970s Yamaha FS1-E mopeds in the North. Anyone with any other sort of moped is also invited to join in the fun.

After gathering on the Friday, the main ride out takes place on the Saturday with a 70s and 80s disco in the evening.

A mini ride out follows on the Sunday to visit a motorcycle collection in the area.

There will be free camping available for those with tents and only a small charge for motorhomes and caravans. On site facilities including catering, toilets and showers, bike shop and bars.
